Hi - I’ve been getting my MAc prepared for Catalina. Audacity was the last 32bit app I had, so delighted it’s now 64! Etrecheck doesn’t seem to think so, can anyone advise why that may be, or if there’s something I haven’t done, or anything else?

Perhaps they’re just looking up Audacity app in an (out of date) database rather than actually analysing the application. If you have the paid version of Etrecheck, you can ask them why it is giving a false positive (According to reports on Google, if you are using the free version, they are likely to ignore you).
