I installed 2.1.0 from DMG on my upgraded 10.10.2 MBP last night, opening the DMG and dragging the left icon to the right, and answering “replace” rather than “merge” when prompted.
Got around to running it this morning, and when I click the icon in my dock, the OS tells me that [well, I will be damned; you can copy text out of an error dialog; nice goin’ Apple]:
“Audacity.app” can’t be opened because the identity of the developer cannot be confirmed."
If I click the help button on that dialog, the page I get says
“”"
The app has been modified, and its code does not match the original signed code. The app may be broken or corrupted, or it may have been tampered with. If you think that an app has been damaged or tampered with, you should delete it by dragging it to the Trash.

audacity-macosx-ub-2.1.0.dmg is 34,404,169 bytes
Any thoughts? Is this because I upgraded (/ incorrectly)?
