The instructions say something vague like "copy and paste the .dll is your VST host plug in folder or something. It's not particularly vague - it says (for the "Nick Crow 7170 Lead" effect): " Installation: Put the "Nick_Crow_7170_Lead.dll" files in the VST plugin fold...

All audio tracks have a pan slider, but if the track is not deep enough (vertical height) you won't be able to see it. To stretch a track so that it is higher vertically, move the mouse pointer over the bottom edge of the track, then when it turns into a vertical double pointed arrow, click and drag...
