So Audacity won't help improve the quality of this recording?

I would recommend you to upgrade to the latest Audacity 1.3.12 - you should find it alot better than the now ancient 1.2 series: http://audacityteam.org/download/

... On the professional studio recording, the sound is much "cleaner" as the recording room is less reverberant. Soft furnishings will help to soak up excess echoes and produce a cleaner sound.

but however audacity doesn't record the right stuff
its like it only records my microphone but i'm trying to record only the sound produced by Traktor pro

I am using audacity to record my DJ sets, but when i listen back to what i've recorded, i hear a sound like the record is skipping when i am dj'ing the records aren't skipping so i know its not the tracks i own, if any one could help with this, i will be really grateful
