I have imported 2 tracks into audacity, both tracks equal a 2 hour runtime BUT for some reason when I export the whole thing as a mp3, it only plays 16 min of the track and then stops. I checked the properties on the mp3 and the length is 2hrs but still won't play pass 16:00 HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!

I think that I'd try a (much cheaper) splitter cable first and only resort to more expensive solutions if a simple splitter cable is inadequate. As long as you check what sort of plug each piece of equipment requires a local music shop should be able to help you with the correct cable.

... it back it is very distorted. I can record from audio cassette from a tape deck to my desktop PC using the same lead without any issue. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance
