Hi! I downloaded audacity for an old Windows ME PC, and I also installed lame. But whenever I export mp3, it says "Cannot open mp3 encoding library!" even though I locate the lame file when it asks me to. So I can't save my work as mp3. Can anyone help me? Thank you.
