I have been looking into batch encoding, but there seems to be nothing that even lets you edit channels separately.

I did what I was advised today as : disable my audio internal board Realtek and set the external line6 Toneport
in the sound device from Win xp,
I can record but like you could see on the attached picture : no more choice regarding the input type !!!
