Did you install Audacity with the "Windows installer" version of Audacity (the .exe file) or with the .zip version?
Did you install Audacity in the default location?

... the second USB Audio CODEC no sound comes from anywhere. Both Soundflower options do nothing as I dont have Soundflower running. I dont think its helping much have multiple inputs/outputs all named the same "USB Audio Codec" as its just getting confusing. Can anyone help? Its driving ...

I suggest you use a DI box (Direct Injection) to match the impedance levels. Bear in mind that he is plugging into a PC mini-jack input, so even with a DI box there is still the problem of matching a balanced XLR output to an unbalanced mini-jack input. A better solution might be to buy an external...
