the problem is that if i use the headphones , the mic doesn't rec the voice of the group that speak on skipe and that i send over stickam trought my mic

If Suse does not provide any other means for doing so, try installing the "PulseAudio Volume Control" to select which input is used by PulseAudio for recording.

Voice recordings work better with headphones.

Headphones will turn off the speaker.

I'm a little surprised that Audacity still crashes when using FFmpeg to import the MP3, but I doubt we can help given you can't provide a backtrace and the crash doesn't happen on Ubuntu or other distributions that Team members use. It would need someone to put Linux Mint on ...
