I want to export my audacity file as an MP3 and I followed all the instructions (downloaded LAME, etc). When I try to export it says, "Unable to open target file for writing".
HELP!

This is the HEX representation of the start of the file TEST.WAV. That should help narrow down the problem. That is not the hex data of the start of the file TEST.WAV that you posted. This is the Hex output from the file that you posted: TEST.raw - GHex_002.png ...
