Well the best way i can explain this is: NN19 is just a Reason device that lets the the user upload any WAV files from their computer, whether vocals, just noise sample, whatever. Is the WAV you exported just your vocal track or a mix of your vocals and the background? Have you listened to that WAV in Audacity and does it do the same there? I take it you are exporting as WAV 16-bit PCM? At what sample rate? See "Project Rate" bottom left of the Audacity window. If i...

Trouble setting up Audacity on new computer

In the past, I found Audacity to be an incredible help to me in podcasting, but without these two basic features I cannot go back to podcasting as I used to. Either don't select any silence in the region you want to repeat, or don't export as MP3 because it adds silence padding to the start and end of the file. Use WAV instead.
If that doesn't help, please give exact steps 1, 2, 3... to explain how to create the problem.
