The .aup.bak file might have references to the old .au data files that contained the recording, but that won't help since Audacity deleted them when you told it to save the empty project on exit. Select about five seconds of the show and Export as FLAC. Attach the FLAC file to the forum with the "Upload Attachment" tools under the text entry window.

The magic phrase is 'a buzz that changes pitch'. That's pretty serious.

That one problem kills a lot of useful tools.
