I want to know why no one can help me out here by helping me out with step-by-step instructions. The links you keep sending are Greek to me. They don't make any sense to me. I am the type of person that needs step-by-step instructions, and not links!!!! What don't you understand about this????

I have Pulse enabled by default.
I tried with every option I had in the Recording Device Preferences but nothing worked.
