Volume problem - one track louder than other tracks?
... I've cut and pasted to be the same volume? I dont know why this track is so loud. I bought it off itunes so should be fine, you would think. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Thank you very much for submiting the correction. It's my first post on this forum as I have created an account specially to ask for help with Click Track. My drummer asked for the metronome with no accents on first sound, then I noticed the innacuracy... Second version worked OK for me. ...

... Then go to "Edit menu > Remove Audio > Cut". (The keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+X just like in most other Windows programs) To help you to get started with Audacity there's several Tutorials (see link at top of page, or below this post).

Resampling is handled by either libsamplerate or libresample.
If you look in "Help menu > About Audacity > Build Information" it should say which one is being used. (Unfortunately it probably will not say which version).

... that says "Microphone" ? It should name the maker of the device. If there is no separate control panel for the device or it doesn't help, then you'll need to click the Windows globe, type "Device Manager" (without quotes) in the search box, then click the link to Device ...
