We can probably help you to do that. In what way do you want to shorten the files? Do you want to trim a bit off the beginning? A bit trimmed off the end? Do you want them to play a bit faster? Edit a section out of the middle? If ...

Can anyone help? I have recorded a podcast segment just voice and it is hollow. Is there a way to remove this? I used a Plantronics dual plug headset into the back of my computer. I am a newbie, I used Audicity last year but downloaded it today to start podcasting.

Do you still have the original Audacity Project (both the .AUP file and the associated _data folder)? Does the Audacity Project still play correctly? Are you really using Audacity 1.2.6? (sorry to ask, but a lot of people that are using the recommended Audacity 1.3.13 post here in the Audacity 1.2.x...
