I've been trying to record computer audio but so far every free way i've tried doesn't work. i'm running the newest on everything including Lion.

I tried following the instructions in the 'user manual' and I cannot seem to get this VST effect to show up in my Audacity Effects file. It does download to my computer but how do I get it into Audacity?

I have Windows XP.
