This has come up before. I can tell you I'd help, but I know it wouldn't work. Plus you need a stable current OS and I don't have Lion on anything. One machine is scrambled OSs and the other is Leopard. Koz

I installed 1.3.13 on my pc. It uses a Vista OS I can see by the meters that the program is recording from any of my devices but it will not playback in Audacity. Voice recording sounds like inside a cave

... can do with settings at the time of recording (we are just using a Plantronics microphone equiped headset, in a normal room, on a laptop). :?: Any help would be greatly appreciated. :!: I've attached on of the wav files so you can hear what I mean.

Need help with deleting part of track

On some tracks, if you've moved them, and a small part of the track goes behind the 0:00 mark, it stays there, even when i try to export all the tracks to WAV, they don't align correctly because of the few second that are added to the tracks that have a small part of them moved behind the 0:00 mark....
