Hi. I'm trying to record a program off os Sirius radio. I recorded it; but when I play it back there is no sound. Any ideas? Thanks!!

I use the Headphone connection on my keyboard and adapt that to my computer and/or sound system. You could use a "Y" cable and run both at once.

I have a Mac, so I have a Stereo Line-In. Many Windows machines need additional hardware.

Trying to copy some old records on the pc from an encoded turntable to windows 7 on my laptop
listening to the songs on the turntable at the correct speed but after recording, the playback is way quicker than the speed that it should be.
Can anyone pls help on a solution or what i am doing wrong

There's three parts to the version number, for example: 1.3.14
The last number (in the example "14") is important.
The version number is shown in "Help menu > About Audacity".

Need help with recording. I get background noise in all recordings even though I turn off microphone on unit. External sounds being picked up with microphone off. Don't know what I am doing wrong or missing.
