... there are unsaved changes in the project, there will be a warning of "inconsistencies". The inconsistencies will be listed if you click Help > Show Log. Ideally you should only see "orphan block files" which would be files for "Undo" which Audacity could not clean ...

For Win 7 you should have Audacity 1.3.14 (Unicode) which is available here: http://audacityteam.org/download/

... this project has been harder than I thought it would be, but I'm more than ready to call it a day and move along. I want to thank you all for your help with the effects, the reverb especially made such a huge difference, I went out and bought a reverb unit for using live (we've never had one before)
