Many thanks for your replies, I will download new version (I am running on XP though, will this matter?). I will be manipulating the files using NBS presentation system which has a multiple channel WAV file selection so hopefully it should read them accurately. Thanks very much for your help.

Which Audacity version are you using? (look in Help->About)
Which operating system?
Which format are you trying to export to?
When you import it into Audacity do you see two waveforms side-by-side in the same track or only one?

I am trying to create a 4 channel audio file in to one wav. file for a psychology experiment. I basically created 4 mono files in to one file but I don't know how to export them in to one file, any help would be greatly appreciated!!

My keyboard is connected to my PC and I can run Audacity, but I can only record through my mic.
I can't see my keyboard in the input device drop down.
What do I do to record direct from the invisible keyboard?
