...but I can't hear the music I'm trying to sing to.
I have Audacity 1.2.6 for a Windows 7 laptop. The below attachment is what I'm seeing. What should I do? Is this covered in the FAQ's?
I hope someone can help me out.

Importing More than a Second
Help! I am trying to import music into Audacity, and every time I do it, all that plays is less than half a second of bleep. Am I too zoomed in? Do I need to adjust something before importing? I am very new to Audacity, so it might be something really simple. Thanks!

Re: Cannot choose source
It has been obvious - at least for some - for a long time, that I have 7, otherwise I would not have the problem, according to them.
Did this example answer your question in a non-technical way?
Absolutely
Did that help solve your problem in any way?
No, I still need to record from net radio.

Samson Q1U Mic not working - help
For over a year I was using a Samson Q1U mic with audacity, no problem, and then it began to malfunction in the following way -- it recorded, but very faintly, had to shout into the mic to get anything. I thought it was the mic, and got another. Same problem. Did it on every computer. So, it's not t...
