generate tone with multi frequencies :

Is it possible to combine the following 3 pure sine waves (generate tone) into a single wav ?

I've tried quick mix, but this messes up the frequencies. I want to maintain the 3 frequencies in this new single wav file ?

Any help would be appreciated.

Re: ADPCM Help

At 4 bits per sample the audio quality will be pretty poor. Yes, normally I'd agree, but in this case this exact data results in crystal clear audio on the machine.... Well, it is after all A daptive D ifferential PCM . It doesn't save the full sample values. Most of the saved data is the differenc...

Re: Gaps in sound when recording with Audacity 1.3.3?

... driving me nuts. Earlier tonight it took me 2 1/2 hours to edit a show that is only 2 hours. I am using a C-Media PCI sound card. If anyone can help me with this problem I would really appreciate it.

Re: ADPCM Help

At 4 bits per sample the audio quality will be pretty poor. The waveform produced by importing as "VOX ADPCM, 8000Hz mono" looks far more "normal" if you apply a high pass filter to it at say 50 Hz. After doing that you will need to use the Amplify effect to bring the peak level ...

Re: ADPCM Help

Hmm.. well if the specs state that it can be within a range (20k to 32k) then it must be the bits per sample that I have to change.. because I know for a fact it is 8kHz sample rate. Question is where to I change the bits per sample?

Re: ADPCM Help

The bit rate for ADPCM is the sample rate times the number of bits per sample, so 8kHz with 4 bits per sample would be 32 kbps.
