Can't find similar problem, so plz excuse if I missed it. New to Audicity. I can record, but when trying to lay down a second track, first track re-records onto it as well as my input. Vista recording thru Behringer 302 USB, however mixer shouldnt be an issue, TY for any help

... a USB hub with Audacity. But do make sure the RCA plugs are electrically isolated from each other. I have just downloaded Audacity and want to know how I can record what I play on my comp or from my imput via 3.5 jack. When opening up edit then preferrnce it does not have the options that are in the help menu

Windows 7, Audacity 2.0.
I record some sound from microphone, save it as MP3. I can playback this record in standard Windows software.
I can't playback it in Audacity even just after recording. Speakers are OK (default).
Maybe somebody can help me. Thanks a lot.
