That won't help. Audacity does not support ASIO.
Try using the "Rescan Audio Devices" in the Transport menu.
If that does not work, uninstall the ASIO drivers (or roll back to a previous restore point) then reboot and try again.

Cannot open 2.0 after installation

I downloaded 2.0 win. I now cannot open any Audacity program. Should I have uninstalled the previous version? The error message reads that the configuration is incorrect. HELP!
