Syncing PAL AUDIO with NTSC VIDEO? (I think)

Hi Steve, thanks for you reply, but I'm having trouble with that file type. I can download and save it to a folder but cant locate it, even if I save it as 'all files'..

Try using the Equalization effect http://manual.audacityteam.org/manual/h ... ation.html
Select the "Graphic Eq" view, and pull down the 3.15 kHz slider to the bottom (all other sliders set "flat" at 0 dB).

... The Personal Recorder only capture the owner's voice plus the slightest, tiny bit of the far voice from accidental leakage. We were not able to help them and we can't really help you. Koz

Increasing the volume of one voice in a recorded call
