Make a duplicate of your vocal track and shift it to the right a bit using the Time Shift Tool.
You will need to reduce the level of the duplicate track and you may want to Eq (Equalization) it differently from the main vocal.

I didn't created the song on audacity I recorded the song at my friend house I forgot what application he used to record my vocals on da beat. All I wanted to know if I could of fixed his problem on audacity but thank you all ur help and sugguestion

Look in the Transport menu and ensure that "Software Playthrough" is off (not selected).
