I think I'm having the same problem, except I have the X2442USB. Audacity 1.2.6 and energyXT 2.5 came with the mixer and I was previously using (with the audio interface I sold after I purchased this mixer that was working fine) an older version of Mixcraft. All three of these programs will play out...
