If you have already imported your recordings into Audacity and now have two stereo pairs of tracks: one carrying the vocals and the other carrying the instrumentals, use the pan slider in the track details panel (at the left end of the tracks) to place the sounds to where you want them on the stereo...

... Solo Button Mode, also unsolo all the tracks you intend to export. If no other changes at all were made to Audacity, I think it would be a great help to the sighted user if, under Solo=Standard, the Track Name change its background colour when that track was solo-ed. It can do no harm at all ...

I have the acapella/vocals and the instrumental. I want the acapella/vocals to be in the left channel and the instrumental to the right channel. How can i do that?

Want to create a non-stop audio of multiple tracks
... file by joining different tracks of similar or close beats per minute (BPM)to play back to back with no space in between. Which tutorial would help me learn to do that? I how can I change the BPM of an audio track (make it faster for example)? Please help thanks

I have the defulat playback on my ssytem and a USB Yeti BLue microphone for recording. I am running Ubuntu 12.04. What other information would help you?

Yeah, I was aware of the ASIO incompatiblity, but I just wasn't sure how I might have triggered it.
Anyways, rebooting the computer did indeed work. Not sure why, but I'm not gonna ask questions at this point
