peaks are limited by default?
... it is recording, it will show clipping as it happens and the peaks aren't seemingly limited like they are now? Would be very grateful for any help.

... speaker .. Only causes problem in the bigger speakers .. Probably too much bass and that is why the tearing .. :( what to do :( thanks for the help anyway :)

I need help putting my 4 voice tracks in order so they play one after the other, not all at once. Use the Time Shift tool to slide the tracks left/right as required. I also need help making my music backround play more quietly ...

We're the moat. The developers are not interested in why your turntable doesn't work right.some of the audacity developers might hang out here
But should you decide to help in the developer effort, that could be interesting.

... sound. I'm obviously not set up properly to get the audio internally as it sounds like it's recording the sound from my speakers. Can someone help?
