I have an mp3 file of a voice that says "Hellllooo" once. I used the 'Repeat' effect and it worked well BUT I want to have a pause between each "Helllooo". Is there a way to do that? (It's for a ringtone)

Yes, the project rate is set to 44100 in the lower left corner of main Audacity windows.

I had to change the file name because the track title had a . (dot) in it and that seemed to work.
