Purchased MP3 Clipping

... back at that rate even though many of them show clipping. I feel like I have been had. Am I looking at this the wrong way? What am I missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, mpfried

I have windows 7 64 bits.
I did have the latest downloadof audacity.
In devices it says no devices found,how do I change that?
I have my mike pluged in.The 2 little round type.
Sure need help

... seems a hard work. I've already done the interface in Qt and I hoped to be able to assign to my sliders its functionality. If anyone would like to help me, I would appreciate! Anyway I'll try to search for a "Qt equalizer". Thanks again.

I don't know anybody whose actually done it, but Kristal Audio Engine may be the answer. One of the training people at work uses it to record seemingly impossible combinations of microphones and music devices. But again, Skype and other packages like that are not normal. No, definitely nothing illegal. Just for podcast purposes for a nonprofit across timezones. Thus a VERY limited budget.
