I am editing a recording for a client. I'm highlighting a selection that I want to delete/cut but it's not giving me the option to delete. Can someone help me. I was able to delete one section and now I'm not able to. Am I missing a step?

Now that you mention it I did have the RCA's plugged into a mixer this whole time but the mixer was off. I will take out the RCA's and try to record something and see how it turns out. I'll keep you posted. Thanks for your help!
