How to move/land a track along the time line very precisely

Hello,
I have Audacity 2.x for Mac OS X. The version is 2.0.3.
So this is my first time using this application. I am trying to compile three different songs. They are all mp3 files. When I click on "file" I am unable to press save project as or export. Please help.

Thank. I had all of the settings correct that was suggested from the community & help sight as well. But if ASIO drivers do wont work with Audacity than that there is the over all problem. My interface( eie pro) uses Asio drivers. If you have a full Manual for ...

So the the end of the 1st audio file and the beginning of the second match up perfectly. It is a hard file to work with as it takes along time to do anything but it is working!

I know the end point of the first is close to the start point of the second. I have not had time to check them exactly, have some issues here at the office, but I am open to whatever you think...
