Hi there,

I'm using Audacity 2.0.0 on Windows 7 x64. I'm trying to remove the background talking/noise from the attached clip, just leaving the ringtone. I've tried lots of different tutorials on Youtube but none have had the desired results! Can anyone help me?

The PreSonus device should have come with recording software. That would help to determine if it's an Audacity configuration issue, or something with Windows (or the interface). Other than configuration/set-up issues, the software shouldn't make a difference... ...

Theme support is an experimental feature that is currently disabled in Audacity.
I'm not able to offer much help with this as I'm not a C++ programmer, but if you want to use Theme support it needs to be enabled in Experimental.h before you compile.

... Now that I am looking closer the "Locate" button isn't saying it needs that file, but lame_enc.dll, what does that mean? Thanks for your help!
