I managed to delete 1 section, but it won't let me SAVE it. I've tried 'Pause' / 'Play' - neither will let me go back further in the track. Help?

... fast" does it play? Just a bit too fast? Double speed? Extremely fast? Is the pitch also too high? If so, how much too high? From the Help menu, select "Audio Device Info". Wait a few moments for the list to appear, then copy and paste the device information into your reply.

... tone as WAV and play it in iTunes. Does that play? Another thing you could try is Transport > Rescan Audio Devices in Audacity. If that does not help, in Finder, choose Go > Utilities then open "Audio MIDI Setup". Make sure you are choosing 44100 Hz 2ch output. Gale

... There is no gap. If you are getting more of a gap than that, please send a screenshot to show what you are seeing. (Screenshot tools are in the Help menu).

... are between 30 sec and a few minutes. is there any way to either remove the background noise or isolate the voices in the recordings. any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Excellent! Thanks for your help, all is clear(er) now. All I need to do now is master inserting voice between the tracks and and I have a radio show!!

I tried dividing my recordings into tracks before exporting as WAV files but has been unable to. This has been a lot of concern as single track recordings have been difficult to edit. I need help please.
