I wouldn't be shocked if Audacity was using the same technique as games use to post an amazing complex background and shift it back and forth rather than render it repeatedly it like they do with some of the characters. I'll help you wait.

batch chains downsample [SOLVED]

Nobody answered on IRC so here it goes:
I'm trying to use chains to batch downsample a 96khz album to 48khz. Is that possible?
While editing the chain I could not see the setting for project frequency.
