... There is no way for audacity to recover these missing files automatically. The version of audacity I am using is 2.0.5 I would appreciate any help I can get.

Gale, the link to the comparison of smaller USB audio interfaces is really helpful. It's nice to be able to hear actual audio samples of the mic-interface combinations. Thanks also for pointing out that we can't use USB mics with any type of mixer. Steve, really ...

Speeding up the audio does very much appeal to me.

The video is approximately 34:78 seconds long with the opening credits followed by the video and then the closing credits.

The song is 2 minutes 7 seconds.

Maybe the supplier has an in-house repair service or help system similar to the Apple Genius Bars. They recently reorganized that service and it's much more professional now than the older "geeks behind a high counter." I suspect if there ...
