As I pointed out in another post, we're enthusiasts, not professional musicians, and this is a hobby, not a commercial project.

First you must decide if you make a VST, LADSPA, LV2, Audio Unit or Nyquist plug-in. You will only find help with Nyquist plug-ins here. For affecting one project at a time, you can use Audacity's built-in Time Tracks instead of making a plug-in. Or you can try Turntable Warping ...

Rebooting did not help me. But I believe I have a solution that works for me. I have a backup device which is configured to backup a file whenever there is a change. I speculate that Audacity was unable to remove the old autosave ...
