It runs perfectly in Windows Media Player.

Thanks for the help, Gale - I think I have probably blown the mike up! None of the solutions you propose seem to work at the moment - so a quick trip to the sales department might be in order!

I was able to help a bit. This may be good enough for your show (attached). You did record this "in the wild" and there's only so much we can do. If this is OK, I'll post how I did it.

... problem correctly. Your problem is the same or similar to general "video sound synchronization." Maybe doing a search on that term will help too.
