Re: Record multiple users on several computers
And one other quick item. This is not a help desk, it's a forum. I'm choosing to share all that with you and in turn, you might want to share how it went. Details are good. What's the podcast address? That's how we know what to tell the next poster. Koz

Re: help trying to fix mp3 files
We ought to improve that so you don't get asked questions when processing a Chain. Do you want to vote that Chains has a Sample Rate choice for the ExportMP3 command? We would probably have a Bit Rate choice too, and Chains would either not let you set an invalid sample rate/bit rate combination, or...

Re: Newbie Help Copying Effects from one Track to another
Is your feature request that History just stores the actions list from closed projects, or lets you actually go back to a state when the project was previously open? If you want to "vote" for either, let us know. Even if we had an option to go back to states when the project was previously...

Re: Newbie Help Coping Effects from one Track to another
You don't have to undo. While the project is open you can look at View > History... to see the list of effects applied. For built-in effects you can see the effect settings you applied.

Re: Newbie Help Coping Effects from one Track to another
Audacity doesn't keep an effects list other than UNDO and if you closed the project, the UNDO goes away.
If you haven't closed the project yet, UNDO will step you back through the effects you applied. That may give you a hint what you did.

Re: Splitting Stereo, Editing each side in Mono = PROBLEM!
... to each? I would suggest: 1) Split the original track to two mono tracks. 2) Leave the "main speaker" track unchanged (mono). This will help to prevent the finished project from sounding muddy or echoey. 3) Duplicate the "Audience" track. 4) Combine the two audience track as ...
