Recording issue, help plesae [SOLVED]
... it shows all the action on the screen, bu tit isn't 'hearing' what I'm playing. The USB is connected. Just trying to figure out what I'm missing. Help please, thanks. It'd be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, I tried this now but unfortunately my audio clip simply was too bad to correct in a good way and I've now found the culprit was the recording app I used. I've now changed to another recording app and I have no pops what so ever.

... above so I'm not sure how I should set the sliders to get the best result? Trebor is using an older version of PopMute. I'd recommend reading the help screen (select "View Help: Yes" then click "OK").

... also accidentally not select the intended start, so I don't think that we should encourage sloppiness. We currently have two measures available to help select the start/end of the audio; there is the "yellow line" snap behaviour and the keyboard shortcuts Shift+J and shift+k. What about ...

I made backups of my files, and then moved them to their own file to clean up my desktop. No you didn't, you moved them to a folder. And you shouldn't move anything unless you know what you are doing. Use File > Save Project As... and choose your preferred location to copy the project to a new loca...

It's a live recording of a performance or event, right? Most Personal Recorders will not record both sides of a telephone call.I have a recording on a Samsung glaxys s4

I opened the _data folders, and there was nothing. Can you use different words? You opened the _data folder in the Mac and it was empty, or you launched the .aup file and the .aup file opened the _data folder and it was silent? I've worked with it long enough to know not to do anything to the _data...
