Can't get Audacity to record in stereo [SOLVED]

... I think I've read all the instructions and tried every setting but I'm not exactly a computer whiz, so who knows, maybe I'm missing something. Any help would be appreciated, I'm pretty much at my wit's end right now.

The center channel was not missing when I downloaded it! I removed it using my technique (with Steve's help). All four segments are audible unless you're listening on a mono speaker or sound system. If you do listen that way, then segment four will vanish. All of the standard ...
