You can get rid of them one at a time as long as they don't crack at the same time you are talking.
Drag-select the crack and silence it with Control-L (attach, before and after).

Thanks for the information. I will just have to record it again and make sure the volume is lowered. I have no idea why it resets to 100 or changes for that matter since the program I use to record doesn't effect those settings.
