I was editing my Audacity file and now when I go to re-open it the message "Error: mismatched tag at line 785".
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot extract the Sequencer 2 to the Audacity folder, my winrar extractor shows DENIED in the operation prompt.

Koz: Thanks for the reply. Your picture of plug-in is correct. I finally managed to record; you can imagine my embarrassment when I tell you that the mute switch on the microphone was on "mute"!! I will carry on with learning more about recording on Audacity. Thanks again.

And changing something on the drop-down menu should as well auto-modify the file extension! ...
