... a cue sheet, but I'm not sure, and there are other audio CD burning programs that don't need a cue sheet for this. Here is a tutorial that may help with some of the details. (I assume you know that Audacity can't do the actual CD burning.)

How do I record a phone voicemail onto my macbook pro?
... end into the jack on my telephone. I played the message and hit the audacity record button but got nothing. Can't even hear the playback. PLEASE HELP! All I want to do is record voicemails from some family members - one of my Mom's voice who is now deceased.

... may necessarily recognise the replaygain changes that MP3Gain makes. CDBurnerXP is one that I know recognises replaygain: https://cdburnerxp.se/help/kb/7. Actually, MP3Gain (and WAVgain) changes the actual MP3 volume, so it works on EVERYTHING. ReplayGain and Apple's Sound Check use metadata ...

Also for your next question please look at the pink panel at the top of this page and post in one of those Forum boards for your operating system. We usually need to know your operating system and Audacity version in order to help.

"Vocal Remover" only works for sounds that are positioned dead centre of a stereo track. There are some third party effects that may help in other cases, but note that removing vocals from a recording is not always possible. How successful the tools are depend on the audio content. ...
