I forgot to add that I also downloaded the full version for windows with the help files within, but they don't come up when clicked on. WHY is this?

Hi, great program (Audacity) but when I click on the help button and select the Manual (in browser) nothing happens except the help menu closes. I'm running windows 7 (64bit) and the latest version of Audacity. 2.0.6

... and export it, the resulting MP3 sounds like it was recorded in a tin can. What can I do with this? I've had this issue with Audacity 2.0.4+. Any help will be appreciated.
