Re: Lost data file but still have recorded tracks

Gale or whoever is available for this question...

I am having trouble figuring out how to search for a specific time stamp on my computer.
I am using my Search function, but even with advanced settings, I see no way to enter a specific time.
Any help with this is appreciated,
Maridel

Re: no choice for stereo when selecting USB PnP Sound Device

It does have the >o< symbol. The Mac is a MacBookPro5,1. I have an RCA to 1/8 inch cable. I suppose I can go from the RCA line out to the 1/8 stereo line-in. I would be curious to hear what the previous poster, djames, had done.

Thanks for you help!

Re: exporting files in multiple

Please see the text in the pink box above.
We can't help you without knowing your operating system version, Audacity version, and exactly what "trouble" you are having.

Perhaps the manual will help: http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/ex ... tiple.html

Pan and Gain sliders not showing Up

I use Audacity 2.0.5 and the Pan and Gain sliders for any of the individual tracks never show up. I have no idea how to make them display or how to achieve what they do without actually using them (I.E. now idea how to otherwise replicate and perform the same effect). Help please?

Try 44100 Hz project rate bottom left of Audacity, then make sure in /Applications/Audio MIDI Setup that the device is set up at 44100 Hz. The ...
