Since it's an ".exe" executable file, you should be able to just move it to the computer and double click on it (said the Mac user).

Yes you can do that.
You will need to know what operating system the church computer has (example: "Windows 7")

I'm with you, but not right this minute. I need to do weekend chores and tasks. We can't always tell what level of detail to present, so we give the 10,000 foot view and you get to ask for help as needed.
