When I right click on a file, Audacity is not listed under "Open With"

When I "Search my computer" for programs, I can find Audacity, but the "Always Use This Program" box is greyed out....

I have mac 10.9.5 and down loaded audacity 2.0.6
Trying to convert audio to export mp3 and tells me there is "could not open mp3 encoding library". I have down loaded Lame Library v3.98.2 for Audacity.pkg
but still not able to convert to mp3. please help.
