Hi Gale, well you got it all wrong! I'm not asking for help regarding my project,
i just wanted to showcase how i used audacity to fix it. That's why i attached the audio examples labeled before and after.
And also to thank the audacity team for this software.

Do you see the Automatic Crash Recovery dialogue http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/recovery.html and then you choose to recover?

Please post the contents of Help > Show Log... if you need more help. That needs to be done after trying to recover the project.

You'll have to write a short script.

You can search the SoX users mailing list for some examples or subscribe to that list and ask for help directly.
